Ans 1 :- We provide service for all kind of home appliances like Geyser,Microwave,Refrigerator,Washing Machines and , Kitchen Chimney , However please note that service are exclusively available for Lucknow city only.
Ans 2 :- Warranty or Guarantee on spare parts would be as mentioned on invoice provided by the third party vendor , Serviingo will only provide service cost bill as per your service booking, Please insist for a spare part bill from the Serviingo expert ,If he is procuring any spare part for your appliance from the outside.
Ans 3 :-In most of the appliance categories Serviingo expert carries the require parts , Our technician will call you an hour before the service and will make sure he is carrying the perfect part , However in some of the cases if part is not available in the market we will take 3 days time to check the parts availability including completion of the service.
Ans 4 :- We have only mentioned the service charges or visit charge on our app or website , There will be a additional charges for spare part going to use for your appliance so please insist Serviingo expert to provide spare part bill seperately.
Ans 5 :- In case issue reoccurs within the warranty period provided by the company ,Serviingo expert will visit and short out the problem without any charge but if the issue reoccurs just because of any other part which requires to change ,costing of the spare part will be bear by the customer only , Over warranty period issues will be treated as a new service and customer has to book new service and will pay the complete amount of the service , We strongly discourage to contact any of the Serviingo expert directly without intimating the company and in such case warranty provided by the company will be treated null and void.
Ans 6 :- Before starting the services Serviingo expert will update to the customer about the condition of the appliance ,If customer allows then only he will start the service if any new damage occurs during service Serviingo would only be liable for the part we worked on not the entire appliance.
